About Us

100 Collective is an artist development community and development label that builds artist brands through showcases, digital  profiles and music distribution. As a majority black owned company, we are committed to working with  underrepresented artists that we see putting work into themselves and in turn the Canadian music  industry.

Our activations include: 

100 Collective Records: A distribution arm that mentors, develops and distributes some of the most talented artists in Canada who make music of black origin.

Do It For the Culture: Do It For The Culture Festival is a pivotal event for celebrating and advancing Canadian Hip Hop, R&B, and Afrobeat music culture, serving as a vital platform for both emerging and established artists. The festival features a diverse array of artists, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and contemporary vibrancy styles. Workshops and Panel Talks during the day and showcases in the evening. Located in Kelowna BC and held in June.
